Juicy and Crispy Chicken Fry

Chicken fry, i tried so many times, but it always came out dry in the middle. After many attempts, I finally did it, and it came out soft and juicy with a crispy outside. Chicken fry is a favorite item for my kids; they love it so much. Even when I'm worried about my diet, I can't stop eating chicken fries. My kids always want this crispy, juicy chicken fry made by me. They always admit that their mother has the best chicken fry recipe, better than any restaurant.
