Ingredients
  

For Marination

  • 15 large prawn
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp black paper
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • salt

For Coating

  • 1.5 cup boiled stick noodles
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • salt
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • skewers

For fry

  • cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, red chili powder, black pepper, lemon juice, and soy sauce. After mixing properly, add the prawns and coat them evenly with the marinade. let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Mix all-purpose flour with salt and red chili powder. Skewer each prawn with a stick, coat it with the flour mixture, and then wrap it with boiled noodles.
  • Place a pan on medium heat and add enough oil for deep frying. When the oil is heated (but not overheated), Fry the wrapped prawn skewers in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4 - 5 minutes per side on medium heat. Remove the prawn from the oil and place it on tissue paper to remove excess oil. Now, it is ready to eat.
  • Served with dipping sauces like soy sauce, ponzu, or sweet chili sauce.
