Mix all-purpose flour with salt and red chili powder. Skewer each prawn with a stick, coat it with the flour mixture, and then wrap it with boiled noodles.
Place a pan on medium heat and add enough oil for deep frying. When the oil is heated (but not overheated), Fry the wrapped prawn skewers in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4 - 5 minutes per side on medium heat. Remove the prawn from the oil and place it on tissue paper to remove excess oil. Now, it is ready to eat.
